Mark Lundy retrial: New Zealand; Stuff.com reports jury heard evidence that "Within days of Mark Lundy's wife and daughter being murdered he had confided his sex life with his wife had dwindled and he had used prostitutes."

GIST: "Within days of Mark Lundy's wife and daughter being murdered he had confided his sex life with his wife had dwindled and he had used prostitutes, a jury has heard. Close members of the families of double-murder accused Lundy and his late wife Christine were witnesses at Lundy's trial in the High Court at Wellington today. Lundy, 56, has pleaded not guilty to charges of murdering Christine, 38, and his daughter Amber, 7, on August 30, 2000. He first stood trial in 2002 and the case is being heard again due to an appeal decision. The trial will resume on Monday."
