BREAKING NEWS: An Italian juror who helped to reconvict Amanda Knox has revealed she has “grave doubts” over the American’s involvement in the murder of her flatmate, the British student Meredith Kercher. Knox returned to the US but was reconvicted last year. Genny Ballerini, part of a panel that reinstated Knox’s conviction, said that the case contained “questionable proof”. The final appeal will be heard next week. If it fails, Italy can request Knox’s extradition.
